Q9 Networks Appoints Tim Aubrey to its Board of Directors
Toronto, ON - June 19, 2007 - Q9 Networks Inc. (TSX:Q), a leading Canadian provider of outsourced data centre infrastructure, is pleased to announce that Tim Aubrey has been appointed as an independent member of its Board of Directors.
Most recently, Mr. Aubrey was the Senior Vice President, Finance for Fairmont Hotels and Resorts. During his tenure with Fairmont, Mr. Aubrey was responsible for the standardization of accounting policies and processes and the harmonization of reporting across the company. In addition, Mr. Aubrey held responsibility for Information Technology and under his leadership the centrally managed computing infrastructure was successfully outsourced to Q9 Networks. Mr. Aubrey holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Western Ontario.
