All Q9express bundles include a Dell PowerEdge server for companies to host their applications. This server is located within Q9’s fully managed environment and includes the following services:

	Onsite hardware sparing to ensure 7 x 24 rapid replacement in the event of a hardware failure

	Incident notification based on customer escalation procedure specified in the Q9 Control Panel
	Tracking and reporting of all incidents through the Control Panel web-based ticketing system
	SLA-backed guarantee to detect and respond to events
