Within Q9 data centres, Q9's standard physical space offering is one or more full cabinets. For customers who require more flexibility in the layout of their enclosure, Q9 offers custom cages. Both cabinets and cages are physically secure from neighbouring enclosures. All access to enclosures is logged and controlled through Q9's biometric authentication system.

Q9 fully managed environments allow customers to fully outsource the management and operation of their infrastructure.
